Life has a way of throwing us curveballs, and at times, it can feel like everything is shifting beneath our feet. We all go through periods where things feel out of balance, or where the weight of everything we’re carrying starts to feel too heavy. I’ve been there myself—navigating stress, transitions, and moments of uncertainty. Therapy, for me, has always been a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. It’s a space wherein one can learn that even in the toughest times, growth and clarity are possible. And it’s this belief that guides my work with others—helping people navigate the complexity of their experiences and find new ways forward, even when things feel impossible or uncertain.

I’ve been in therapy for much of my life. The first time I sought therapy, I was grappling with a sense of disconnection and overwhelm by life’s demands. What I didn’t realize at the time, however, was that therapy wasn’t simply a way to “fix” things; it evolved into a practice of learning to listen to myself, to slow down, and to locate my own inner compass. Overtime, this experience has shaped the way I approach my work with clients. I understand the vulnerability it takes to open up and share your struggles. As a therapist, my aim isn’t just to help you find solutions, but to meet you where you are. I strive to create a space where you feel fully seen, heard, and supported—without judgment. I believe in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship, where we can embrace both the challenges and opportunities for growth together. By doing so, we can build lasting change that empowers you to navigate life's complexities with more confidence and clarity.

I’m passionate about working with individuals who are committed to positive change, even if they’re unsure of what that change looks like yet. Maybe you’ve reached a point where you know something needs to shift but aren’t sure how to begin. Maybe you’ve been taking care of everyone else and now feel disconnected from your own needs. Or perhaps you're navigating a period of life transitions and are seeking to create more balance. I enjoy working with people who are ready to dig deep, explore patterns that no longer serve them, and make space for new possibilities. If you’re someone who’s ready to put in the work, but wants a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore, I’m excited to partner with you on that journey!

If any of this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. The first step is often the hardest, but it’s also the most important. If you’re considering therapy, I encourage you to reflect on what brought you here today, and what you’re hoping to gain from this process. You don’t need to have all the answers right now—let’s explore together how I can best support you as you navigate your unique journey. Feel free to send me a message, and we can begin the conversation.
