Get to Know Brooke

Life can feel chaotic and overwhelming at the best of times, especially when also navigating feelings of not belonging, self-doubt, or other pressures from society. But you don’t have to go through it alone. Let’s create an empathic space where you can share your story, celebrate your unique identity, and tackle those thoughts together. You deserve to feel truly seen and heard—without judgment, just understanding.

As a queer, non-binary person, I have witnessed firsthand the healing that occurs from offering an affirming therapeutic space where authentic conversation leads to a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. For years, I had hidden my authentic self in a world that often felt unwelcoming to queer and neurodivergent people like myself. I felt the layers of my mask start to dissolve when I found a space where my therapist listened and validated my experience with genuine compassion and care. I finally had the freedom to share my struggles, realizing I no longer needed to hide. This moment marked the beginning of a transformative journey, where I could embrace my true self and celebrate my identity.

Bringing my authentic self is always at the centre of my practice. Thus, I enjoy connecting with other individuals who seek that same connection and safe-space that I did. In my practice, I offer Person-Centred Therapy tailored to placing each unique client at the heart of the process. With a focus on empathy and understanding, I’m here to help you gain insight into your experiences and empower you to change your life. This is your journey, and my goal is to support you in reconnecting with your true self and fostering personal growth

I believe in your strength and resilience, and I’m dedicated to helping you navigate this journey towards healing and self-discovery. You deserve to feel understood and supported. I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation call to see if we’re a good fit for each other. Your healing journey deserves the right support.
